This Survey Was Based on the Following Assumptions:
- E-mail has already become an indispensable function.
- As fee-based services gain greater recognition, richer services will be in demand in the future.
- Cellular phones/PHS are more accessible during leisure hours, and are also highly compatible with other media.
- Consumers are becoming more critical of mobile data costs, including both data transport fees and content service fees.
