This Survey Was Based on the Following Assumptions:
  1. E-mail has already become an indispensable function.
  2. As fee-based services gain greater recognition, richer services will be in demand in the future.
  3. Cellular phones/PHS are more accessible during leisure hours, and are also highly compatible with other media.
  4. Consumers are becoming more critical of mobile data costs, including both data transport fees and content service fees.
